While submitting form to the college during admission process you must have to submit signed Anti Ragging Form. To download this form please Click here

1. तुमचा स्वतःचा ई-मेल आय डी असलाच पाहिजे. कारण ऍडमिशन फॉर्म चा नंबर आणि OTP तुम्हाला तुमच्या ई-मेल आयडी वरच येईल

2. OTP ई-मेल द्वारे इनबॉक्स मध्ये मिळाला नाही तर , तो junk/spam folder मध्ये गेल्याची खात्री करून घेणे व तो मेल not a junk/not a spam करून त्यानंतर तो OTP वापरणे. In Gmail, your junk mail is in Spam. In the Android app, touch the three bars in the upper left to open the list of labels, then scroll down to find Spam

3. फॉर्म भरताना असे लक्ष्यात आले आहे कि rediffmail and yahoo या डोमेन ना मेल मिळण्यास वेळ लागत आहे किंवा मिळत नाही आहे अश्या वेळी आपण दुसऱ्या डोमेन वरील मेल आयडी वापरावा

4 . If you receive black OTP on above link for 2 times then replay to that mail along with your Form Number as follows Form Number :-

5. फॉर्म भरताना तुमचा आधार कार्ड नंबर व तुमचा पासपोर्ट साईझ डिजिटल फोटो अपलोड करण्यासाठी जवळ असणे आवश्यक आहे किंवा मोबाईल वरून फोटो काढून तो अपलोड करू शकता

6. फॉर्म भरताना तुम्ही दिलेला ई-मेल आयडी हे तुमचे लॉगिन नेम समजले जाईल जे तुम्ही फॉर्म मध्ये लॉगिन कारण्यासाठी तुम्ही वापरू शकता

7. फॉर्म भरताना पासवर्ड या फील्ड मध्ये तुमचा इच्छित पासवर्ड टाकू शकता, जर तुम्हाला तुम्ही भरलेल्या ऑनलाईन फॉर्म मध्ये काही बदल करावयाचे असतील तर तुम्ही, फॉर्म मध्ये भरलेला ई-मेल आयडी आणि पासवर्ड टाकून लॉग इन करून प्रिंट/सबमिट करेपर्यंत फॉर्म मध्ये बदल करू शकता.

8. फॉर्म भरताना मधून इंटरनेट काँनेक्टिव्हिटी बंद झाली किंवा काही कारणास्तव लॉग आऊट झालात तर परत लॉगिन करून उर्वरित फॉर्म आपण भरू शकता त्या साठी परत OTP जनरेट करावा लागणार नाही त्या साठी आपण आपला फॉर्म मध्ये भरलेला ई-मेल आयडी आणि पासवर्ड वापरू शकता

10. फॉर्म प्रिंट किंवा सबमिट केल्यांनतर फॉर्म मध्ये कोणतेही बदल करता येणार नाहीत. बदल करणे बंद झाल्यांनतर आपला फॉर्म प्रवेश प्रक्रिये साठी ग्राह्य धरला जाईल त्यासाठी कोणतेही ई-मेल कॉन्फीर्मशन येणार नाही कृपया कॉन्फीर्मशन साठी फोन करू नये. भरलेल्या फॉर्म ची प्रिंट आपण ऍडमिशन प्रक्रिया पूर्ण होई पर्यन्त लॉगिन करून काढू शकता

2. Fill the form on Laptop/Desktop : If you have already generated and received mail for OTP and Form no please click here to proceed to fill the form .

5 . Apply For Another Group Of Subject : If You Have allready submitted form and want to apply for another group of subject please click here to proceed to fill the form .

If in any case you want to unlock the online admission form to change its contents after taking print out please reply the OTP mail you have received as subject Unlock and Specify reason in message body.The form will be unlocked within two educational/business working hours.
